A: The melting temperature of 6063 aluminum alloy is above 655 degrees, the extrusion temperature of 6063 aluminum profile is 490-510 for rod temperature, and 420-450 for extrusion barrel. Generally speaking, the temperature design of each extruded profile is different, but probably all Is in this range: mold temperature 470-490, set according to your own situation.

Q2: How long time of mould opening?
A: Generally, the mould opening is 30~40 working days.

Q3: What is the length for the custom Aluminum profiles?
A: 2Meter~2.5Meter

Q4: How long does autoair take to deliver aluminum pneumatic cylinder tubing?
A: Autoair has the ability to supply a variety of standard pneumatic cylinder tube within a period of 7 working days.
If requires custom size, the lead time will take around 15 days. (It doesn’t include the mould opening time).

Q5: Are you available to supply extruded aluminum tube samples?
A: Yes, Autoair is able to provide extruded aluminum tube for you to check the quality, Normally, the sample is free for saving your cost, But it will require tooling cost if custom tube size.
