The main reason for internal and external leakage of a pneumatic cylinder during operation may be due to the eccentricity of the piston rod during installation, insufficient supply of lubricating oil, wear and tear of the sealing ring or seal, and impurities in the cylinder.

If the pneumatic cylinder is in the above situation, the piston rod needs to be readjusted to ensure that the piston rod and the pneumatic cylinder barrel are in good condition.

If the seal ring and seal ring of the cylinder are damaged, they must be replaced immediately, if there are impurities in the equipment, they should be removed in a timely manner, if the piston rod in the equipment is scarred, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.

Pneumatic cylinder output force is insufficient and the action is not smooth, generally because the piston and the piston rod is stuck, the product lubrication is poor and the air supply is insufficient, which is caused by condensation and impurities in the equipment, so the centre of the piston rod should be adjusted to check whether the work of the oil mister is reliable.

Pneumatic cylinder air supply line is blocked, when the cylinder memory condensate and impurities, should be promptly cleared, the cylinder buffer effect is poor, generally because the buffer seal ring wear and adjust the screw damage caused. At this point, the seal and adjusting screw should be replaced.

Pneumatic cylinder in the process of operation of the user’s requirements are relatively low, mainly because the principle of equipment and structure is relatively simple, in the process of installation and maintenance is more convenient, engineering personnel must have a certain amount of electrical knowledge, otherwise there will be possible because of misuse and make it damaged.
