At the same time, you should also pay attention to the discharge of filtered water during the design process, and don’t do a closed design, otherwise the entire space may be filled with water.

2) Pressure reducing valve The pressure reducing valve can stabilize the gas source and keep the gas source in a constant state, which can reduce the damage to the valve or actuator and other hardware due to the sudden change of the gas source pressure.

3) Lubricator The lubricator can lubricate the moving parts of the body, and can lubricate the parts that are inconvenient to add lubricating oil, which greatly prolongs the service life of the body. Today I am happy to tell you about it. In the actual use process, it is recommended not to use this lubricator. The correct use of products is still unprofessional and lacking. Moreover, China is now a large construction site, and the air quality is mainly dominated by smog, which means that the air is full of dust, and the dust is compressed by the air compressor. After that, the dust content per unit volume will be higher, and the lubricator will atomize these high dust compressed air, which will lead to the mixing of oil mist and dust, and form sludge, which will then compress the air Enter into the pneumatic components such as solenoid valves, cylinders, pressure gauges, etc., resulting in blockage and necrosis of these components, so my suggestion to everyone is that if you cannot handle the gas source reasonably, standardized and correctly (what I will introduce later) The same kind of air source is the standard air source), then it is best not to use the lubricator, nothing is better than having it, without the lubricator, at least there will be no sludge, and the service life of various pneumatic components will be higher . Of course, if your air source treatment is very good, it must be better to use a lubricator, which will greatly improve the life of pneumatic components. So you can confirm whether to use it according to your specific situation. If you have already bought the pneumatic triplet, it doesn’t matter, just don’t add oil in the lubricator, let it be a decoration.

2. Pneumatic pressure check switch

This thing is very important, because with this thing, your equipment can be used reliably and normally, because in real production, the pressure of the air source must fluctuate, and even the air pressure will occur due to the aging of the pneumatic components. In the case of leakage, if the pneumatic components are still working at this time, it is very dangerous, so the function of this part is to monitor the air pressure in real time. Once the air pressure is lower than your set value, it will stop and alarm immediately. Humanized design, what a safety consideration.

3. Pneumatic solenoid valve

Solenoid valve, in fact, you only need to choose according to the standard. I will talk about it here to deepen everyone’s impression. I also need to remind you that if you have too few control points, don’t use the above integrated type. It is enough to purchase a few solenoid valves separately. If you control a lot of projects, it is best to use this solenoid valve group. The installation and fixing are relatively simple, and it also saves space. Ease of use and clean appearance are both good.

4. Pneumatic connector

At present, the pneumatic joints are basically of the quick-plug type. When connecting the trachea and the quick-plug joint, two problems should be paid attention to. The first is that the end of the trachea must be cut flat, and there should be no bevels. The second is that it must be Insert the trachea in place, don’t just poke it. Because any carelessness may cause air leakage at the position of the joint, resulting in the hidden danger of unstable air pressure.
