Use of rodless pneumatic cylinders

The working principle of the rodless pneumatic cylinder is the same as that of the ordinary pneumatic cylinder, but the external connection and sealing form are different. Rodless pneumatic cylinders have pistons where as do not have piston rods. The piston is installed in the guide rail, and the external load is connected with the piston, which is driven by compressed air.

The patent of the rodless pneumatic cylinder is a sealing structure design, which is a perfect structure to ensure the integration of the cylinder and the air pressure system. It is a high efficiency, high quality, long life and low cost, reliable design. Rodless pneumatic cylinders are powered by air and hydraulic oil and can save 90% energy compared with ordinary cylinders. The components of the pneumatic or hydraulic stamping equipment have no adverse effects and no noise during the working process of the rodless pneumatic cylinder, which can greatly improve the quality and service life of the pneumatic components.

Rodless pneumatic cylinders are good at reciprocating linear motion, especially suitable for the transmission requirements of linear handling of the most used products in industrial automation. Moreover, it is only necessary to adjust the one-way throttle valve installed on both sides of the rodless pneumatic cylinder to easily achieve stable speed control, which has become the biggest feature and advantage of the rodless pneumatic cylinder drive system. For users who do not have precise multi-point positioning requirements, most of them prefer to use rodless pneumatic cylinders from the perspective of convenience.

1. Magnetic Rodless Pneumatic Cylinder
The piston drives the cylinder parts outside the cylinder body to move synchronously through the magnetic force.
Working principle: A set of high-strength magnetic permanent magnetic rings are installed on the piston, and the magnetic lines of force interact with another set of magnetic rings sleeved outside through the thin-walled cylinder. Since the two sets of magnetic rings have opposite magnetic properties, they have a strong suction force. When the piston is pushed by the air pressure in the pneumatic cylinder, it will drive the magnetic ring sleeve of the cylinder part outside the cylinder to move together under the action of the magnetic force.

2. Mechanical contact Rodless Pneumatic Cylinder
Working principle: There is a groove on the shaft of the rodless pneumatic cylinder, and the piston and the slider move in the upper part of the groove. In order to prevent leakage and dust from entering, stainless steel sealing strips and dust-proof stainless steel strips are used to fix both ends of the cylinder head, and the piston frame passes through the groove on the pipe shaft to connect the piston and the slider as a whole. The piston and slider are connected together. When the reversing valve is at the end of the rodless pneumatic cylinder, the compressed air enters the cylinder, the compressed air on the other side is released, and the piston moves, driving the cylinder parts fixed on the slider to achieve reciprocating motion.
